it’s a core leadership role. You will define how India discovers, falls in love with, and sticks with Chai Shots. You’re the bridge between a great product and a loyal, growing audience.
You’ll shape our growth engine from scratch no legacy systems, no hand holding, just a blank canvas and a bold vision. Your work will directly impact how millions engage with stories every day, how we scale from early adopters to mass market, and how fast we go from startup to category leader.

Key responsibilities
Own and execute the full user growth strategy - paid, organic, partnerships, viral loops, everything.
Deeply understand user psychology - why they click, stay, pay, and refer.
Design high-conversion journeys - install to subscription, and beyond.
Run performance marketing - across Google, Meta, influencer ecosystems - with an ROI mindset.
Build organic discovery engines - SEO, social media virality, referrals, and brand love.
Set up analytics, attribution models, and cohort tracking - know what’s working, why, and double down.
Relentlessly experiment - A/B tests, new channels, pricing models, creatives.
Lead and grow a sharp growth team - own hiring, culture, and outcomes.
Work closely with Product and Content - align storytelling, design, and performance.
Required skills & qualifications
5–10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or consumer business roles.
Zero-to-one journey experience is a must - scaled early-stage products from scratch.
Full-stack growth expertise - paid ads, organic levers, CRM, funnels, and engagement.
Highly analytical - not just reporting numbers but acting on insights.
Strategic, scrappy, and creative - finding hacks others miss.
First-principles thinker who questions defaults.
Entrepreneurial spirit - you act like a mini-founder inside your domain.
Obsessed with users and lifetime value - not just downloads and installs.
