Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-driven Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, financial reporting,
compliance, audits, taxation, and ensuring the financial health of the organization
Key responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting
standards.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC filings.
Lead internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and address audit findings.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Monitor budget vs. actuals, cash flows, and working capital.
Oversee payroll processing and employee tax compliances.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting regulations, and industry best practices.
Required skills & qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - certification must be active and valid.
1-3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other financial tools (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP - optional).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Experience in a startup, media, or tech-driven environment.
Familiarity with MIS reporting, fund flow management, and cost control measures.
