Product Manager
This isn’t just another product role. You will own the soul of Chai Shots - the experience, the platform, the tech, the heart. You’ll be trusted to build the app that millions will use daily - and to keep reinventing it as we scale from our first 10,000 users to 10 million and beyond.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, first-principles-driven Product Head to own and scale the Chai Shots app and ecosystem.
You will be responsible for envisioning, building, and continuously improving a product loved by millions - ensuring it is beautifully designed, data-backed, consumer-first, and constantly evolving.
You will lead product strategy, execution, consumer research, and growth enablement. You will work directly with the founders and will have full ownership to drive product-market fit, scalability, and innovation.
Key responsibilities
Own the entire product strategy, roadmap, and user experience.
Deeply understand consumers - their emotions, habits, triggers - through research, data, and instinct.
Design unforgettable experiences - from first touch to lifelong engagement.
Own and craft the end-to-end user experience (UX) across the entire app journey - from onboarding to discovery to engagement to subscription.
Define the UX vision - how users flow, feel, and interact with every touchpoint inside the app.
Use data ruthlessly - set up systems for analytics, cohort tracking, A/B testing, and continuous iteration.
Think from first principles - we don’t believe in copy-paste product thinking.
Build and lead a high-performing product and design team - hire sharp minds, mentor them, and build a culture of speed and creativity.
Collaborate across engineering, content, and growth to ship features fast, learn faster.
Balance art and science - dream big, execute sharply, measure everything.
Own the product’s emotional core - how users feel about Chai Shots must matter to you deeply.
